Day 25 – Went To Vegas, Bought Some Socks

After all the excitement of California we definitely needed some quiet down time…so we’re now in Vegas!! Makes sense…But turns out you can have rest in this town despite its party reputation. Today was all about getting sleep and taking care of business.
Even though we’ve only owned our car for little over a month, we’ve managed to put almost 5000 miles on it and apparently it’s not too happy about that. It’s been making a weird creaking noise the last few days and as Sin City is the only place we’re going to be at for a couple of nights any time soon we took the car to the doctors…we’ll report back tomorrow on what the diagnosis is and whether it’ll hamper the rest of our trip…keep your fingers crossed!!

The rest of our day consisted of Joe doing some ironing, us getting a late lunch, me buying new socks (sick of seeing my toes peeping through!), oh and a little gambling…well, it is Vegas!
